Coaching and counseling are therapeutic ways to gain insight into yourself, your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to understand their effects on your mental health.

I utilize my Master’s in Holistic Counseling and Meditation skills, Diploma of Counseling Skills, Master’s in NLP Coaching, and 15 years of nursing healthcare experience to provide a safe, supportive, and meaningful coaching and counseling session.

• One-on-One Coaching & Counseling: $180 per hour
• Couples Coaching & Counseling: $280 per hour
• Family Coaching & Counseling: $280 per hour

• Are you looking for support inside a 1:1 coaching and counseling package?
• 6 Week Breakthrough: $1800 = 6 x 90 minute sessions for 6 weeks
• 12 Week Breakthrough $3600 = 12 x 90 minute sessions for 12 weeks

• Are you an NDIS client looking for support either one on one or in a group coaching capacity?
• If so yes I am a Registered Counsellor & Registered Nurse and I support many self managed and plan managed NDIS clients assisting in behaviour management, relationship support, mental health support, training and assessment & counselloring to name a few. I am currently working online via zoom and over the phone. 

The Soul Sisters Mastermind – For Neurodiverse Women

This is an online community for neurodiverse women designed to support personal growth, mindset, relationships & healing.

This package is for neurodiverse women ready to have a healthy relationship with themselves and others. These women may in turn let go of past emotions, thoughts and behaviors caused by an event, block or trauma and grief in their environments and or relationships with themselves or others.

It offers a gentle, consistent, and nourishing approach to help you release the past and create new thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and routines that suit you. You will be guided through my Signature Process, The Evolve Process, which includes four pillars: Healing, Energy, Psychology, and Balance. Through this process, you will discover your purpose, step into a new version of yourself with ease, and experience long-lasting improvements in your relationships with yourself and others.

It is designed for those who want healthier relationships, a more harmonious home environment, and a deeper connection with themselves and others. This online group coaching program starts on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, and runs through Tuesday, June 3, 2025, with sessions held on Tuesday nights from 5 PM to 630 PM Sydney time.
